Refund & Returns Policy

All IPRAWA merchandise is produced to order as part of our presale. Please choose your items and sizes carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item.

Once a presale order has been submitted and payment received, the order cannot be cancelled or changed once production has commenced.

If an item supplied to you is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact IPRAWA so the matter can be assessed and resolved in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
