IPRAWA merchandise is offered on a presale basis and is produced according to orders received. By placing an order through the IPRAWA online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Presale orders
Please check your order carefully before completing payment. Once an order has been submitted and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Sizing and product selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct item, quantity and size when ordering.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or ordering the wrong item.
Please refer to any sizing information provided before placing your order.
Product appearance
Product images and mock-ups are provided as a guide. Minor variations in colour, print position or finished appearance may occur during production.
Production and fulfilment
As these items are produced as part of a presale, they may not be available immediately after purchase. Any production, collection or delivery dates provided are estimates and customers will be advised when their order is ready.
Payment
Full payment is required when placing an order. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact IPRAWA so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
